Villa Rocha makes for the ideal family holiday at any time of the year with its private swimming pool heating is available upon request at €175 per week, fully air-conditioned and central heating. The property is located adjacent to Rocha Brava Village Resort near Carvoeiro. The resort has its own restaurant, cafes, bars, spa, gym, 4 tennis courts and supermarket. The local beach of Vale Centeanes with 400 meters of golden sands is just 10-minute walk away.

Villa Rocha has a comfortable open-planned lounge and dining room for 8 people, Satellite TV with English and German channels, DVD, Stereo and WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a separate utility room.

The bedrooms consist of 1 double with en-suite bathroom, 2 twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a twin bedroom with an adjacent bathroom.

Carvoeiro is a fishing village halfway along the Algarve coast, about 45 minutes from Faro Airport. Over the last 15 years, grown to be a sizeable holiday resort. However, it has not lost the intrinsic charm of the place, as the development has been sympathetically done, keeping to low-rise buildings in the traditional Algarvian style. This cosmopolitan resort has a wide selection of restaurants and bars, a few night clubs, boutiques, banks, chemist, local facilities and fantastic beaches. 

Tourist Tax came into force on 13 April 2024, in accordance with Regulation no. 425/2024, published in Diário da República no. 72 of 12/04/2024. The tourist tax charge is €2 per night during the high season (April to October) and €1 during the rest of the year (November to March) per person, up to a maximum of seven straight nights for all tourists aged 13 or older. The tax is to be paid either prior or upon arrival.
