A good-sized grassed area with football goals, ideal for ball games and kids play area. With steps leading to a shaded terrace at the front, the accommodation on the ground floor is open-plan with and an attractive sunken sitting room with ample seating Cable TV with Limited English channels, DVD, and sound system. Fully fitted kitchen and very well equipped with table and chairs and a dining terrace. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and master with en-suite upstairs, which leads out to a private sun terrace.


Some of the best beaches on the Algarve are located within a 5 minutes drive away, along with tennis, golf courses, riding, water parks.

Tourist Tax came into force on 13 April 2024, in accordance with Regulation no. 425/2024, published in Diário da República no. 72 of 12/04/2024. The tourist tax charge is €2 per night during the high season (April to October) and €1 during the rest of the year (November to March) per person, up to a maximum of seven straight nights for all tourists aged 13 or older. The tax is to be paid either prior or upon arrival.

Check-in / Check-out: 3 pm / 10 am. Bed linen, bathroom towels and pool towels provided. Travel cot and highchair available upon request.
